CANCELLATION POLICY
We value your time and ours. Please review and agree to the following policy: Cancellations • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a 50% charge of the booked service total. No-Shows • Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. Future bookings may be restricted. Late Arrivals • If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, your appointment may be canceled and treated as a late cancellation, with a 50% charge applied. • If we can still accommodate you, the service time may be shortened and full payment will still apply. Card on File To reserve your appointment, a valid credit/debit card is required. Charges will be applied in accordance with this policy. Respect & Communication We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to reschedule, please do so with as much notice as possible. We’re here to work with you — communication is appreciated.
